Outcomes resolve by deterministic rules that were pre-registered before sealing: a fixed mapping from future observable evidence to exactly one answer key. The system never scores self-report or post-hoc explanation — resolution consumes only events observed after the evidence cutoff, applied by a rule engine, not a judge.
Each row joins a resolved outcome with its instance: the pre-registered rule, the future evidence the rule consumed, the resolved answer, and a check that every sealed prediction for the instance was committed before resolution.
