This policy explains what information the targetspace.ai website collects, why we collect it, and what choices you have. It is written to be read, not decoded.
Draft policy — will be reviewed by counsel before major customer deployments. Effective date: July 2026.
TargetSpace Labs operates targetspace.ai. We are the commercial arm of the open TargetSpace benchmark, an open research standard maintained at targetspace.org. Our work is evaluating whether AI systems build calibrated, target-specific predictive models of the people, teams, and organizations they serve. This policy covers the targetspace.ai website and its application intake — nothing more.
When you apply to the pilot program, we collect the information you submit: your name, work email, organization, role, a description of your system and the claim you want evaluated, and any deployment context you choose to share.
If you email us, we keep the correspondence so we can respond and keep track of the conversation.
When you submit a form we may record your browser's user agent and, if abuse prevention is enabled, a salted hash of your IP address. We store the hash, not the address, and use it only to rate-limit and filter abusive submissions.
We do not collect raw participant or product data at this stage. The website accepts no uploads.
We use the information above to review pilot applications, contact applicants, and plan the program — for example, understanding which system categories and deployment settings applicants come from. Where a legal basis is required, we rely on your consent (you chose to apply or write to us) and our legitimate interest in running an application process.
We do not sell personal data. We do not make automated acceptance decisions — every application is reviewed by a person. And we do not collect data about the end users of applicants' products through this website.
When configured, transactional email (such as application confirmations) is sent via Resend, an email delivery provider that processes your email address for that purpose. You can request deletion of your application and associated correspondence at any time.
We keep applications while the pilot program is active, or until you ask us to delete yours — whichever comes first. To request deletion, email [email protected].
Any future pilot engagement involving real evidence runs under a separate data-processing agreement with explicit participant consent, negotiated before any evaluation begins. This policy covers the website and application intake only; it does not govern pilot engagements themselves.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data we hold about you. Send requests to [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable time.
If we make material changes to this policy, we will post the updated version here with a revised effective date.
